Hey Folks,
The plane tickets have been purchased and hotel reservations made. Let the adventures begin!
I will be flying into Munich August 1st, then I'm off to Nurnberg for a few days, then down to Hallstatt in Austria, then Frieburg in the black forest, then Dresden, and lastly, Berlin.
I will be packing along my ultralight laptop and, of course, the camera. I plan to be blogging and posting photos as I travel about.
When I travel, one of the things I always try to do is hang out with the locals for some of the time. I'm fortunate to have some German buds. I've contacted them and I will be hooking up with some of them. There is no better way to travel then with the locals. They usually know where the best beer is and the tourist traps to avoid.
